Thomas 1 picked us up and took us back to airport and Thomas 2 took us on trip to Auschwitz and salt mine. They were punctual -more than we were! - polite, informative and patient. Thomas 2 even ordered our lunch at the restaurant close to the salt mine so it it would be ready by the time we arrived. Gave us lots of little tips and info that came in handy. Our party of 4 were picked up at the hotel and taken to visit Auschwitz 1 & 2 where Daniel ensured that we made the most of our visit with handy hints. Next we were taken to a wonderful restaurant before visiting the spectacular salt mines. Throughout Daniel was so helpful & courteous that we were able to relax and soak up all the atmosphere. Even though we spent a lot of time at each location we were never hurried as Daniel assured us that he was at our disposal for the day! 00 Gordon, UKI used the reviews on Tripadvisor to book with these guys for a party of seven Booked on the Internet for airport transfers, visit to salt mine & visit to Auschwitz- I got a really quick reply & detailed confirmation. We were met at the airport as arranged by Slavic (apologies for spelling). Taken to our hotel with no fuss or problems and enroute Slavic pointed out places to eat and drink. Picked up later on and taken to Saltmine, where he pointed out where to get tickets and waited for us to finish. Next day Thomas( again apologies for spelling) picked us up and took us to Auschwitz. On arrival Thomas got us our tickets and went out his way to get us on the English speaking tour after we just missed the start of it. He again waited for us and took us to Birkinau and again ensured we got on our tour. On our return to Krakow, he recommended a shop where we got our cherry vodka, blackcurrant vodka, snacks and drinks. Overall a top team. I have no hesitation recommending these guys, they are friendly, speak good English, informative, reliable, punctual and seem to enjoy what they do.

Save your time during your stay in Krakow and choose visit Auschwitz and Salt Mines in one day and airport transfer.
We will arrange a trip for you to Auschwitz (the trip included also visit Birkenau) and to the Salt Mine. The best time to leave Krakow is between 7 and 10am. An English speaking driver will pick you up from your Hotel. The way by mini bus from Krakow to Auschwitz takes about one hour, average time of visit Auschwitz is about 2 hours, Birkenau about hour. Entrance to the museum is free. Most of people visiting Auschwitz on your own (free of charge - we give you a guide book), or if you wish you can join to the English tour. The fee is 38zloty = 10euros each per person (you can make a choice) Our driver will be waiting for you in Auschwitz as long as you wish. Distance from Krakow to Auschwitz is 65 kilometres = 40 miles, but distance between Auschwitz 1 and Auschwitz 2 (Birkenau) is only 3 kilometres = 1,8 miles
Visiting Auschwitz from the 1st May until 31st October is payable. Everyone entering the Auschwitz I site from 10:00am until 3:00pm. Must be accompanied by a museum guide. The fee is 38zloty (reduced fee 27zloty). There is open admission to the Auschwitz II Birkenau site. If you wish to visit Auschwitz by yourselves (without a guide) you have to leave Krakow at 8am.
If you wish it would be possible to go to the Salt mine first, then to Auschwitz (entrance to the Auschwitz museum after 3pm is free of charge).
Next we are going to the Salt Mine, English tour starts at 3pm 4pm and 5pm. The fee is 64,00 zloty each per person (one ticket). Back to Krakow between 5 and 6 in the evening. After visiting Auschwitz is possible stop on the way for a lunch.
We will pick you up from the hotel, apartment, hostel directly to Auschwitz. Then our driver will be waiting for you in Auschwitz, next we go to the Salt Mine. After visiting Auschwitz & Salt Mine our driver will take you back to Krakow, wherever you wish.
