00 Anthony & Tracy Hatson, Leicestershire, EnglandDaniel and Thomas' service really made our trip to Krakow. Their service is really tailor-made to your requirements and nothing is too much trouble. We had a trip to Auschwitz, Birkenau and the Salt Mine, which was a really long day, but Thomas really made it easy for us, helping us to purchase tickets, telling us exactly what to do. Thomas was also very willing to give free advice on other things we might like to do, and advising us the best way of doing them. We met Daniel on the return journey and he too was a really friendly, pleasant guy - nothing too much trouble. Krakow is a beautiful city, fabulous food, friendly people. Daniel was waiting at the airport for us and we had a great trip with advice on things to see and do. Thomas took us to Auschwitz and we had a great time with him, he looked after us very well. We were picked up from the Airport taken to Auschwitz and then Birkenau and all the preparation of finding a tour guide was don by Daniel, we didn't worry about a thing and then we were taken directly to our hotel and collected for the airport ON TIME to be taken back hom 3 days later and all for around £70, I took my children to Disneyland Paris last year and a one-way taxi from airport to hotel cost just under £80 . Felt very safe and secure in their capable hands brilliant just brilliant. Thanks Guys

01 How much time does it take to see both camps (Auschwitz & Birkenau)?Average time of visit both camps is about 3 hours. Visiting Auschwitz takes about 2 hours and Birkenau more less one hour.
02 How much time take us the way to Auschwitz?Distance from Krakow to Auschwitz is 65 km (40miles). Usually way to Auschwitz takes you about one hour.
03 Do we have to pay to see both camps?Admission to both camps is free. If you wish to join to the English guided tour the price is 34,00 PLN per person.
04 How far is from Krakow airport to city center?Distance from Krakow airport to the city center is about 15km (9,5miles).
05 Do I have to share a vehicle with other people?No, we organize private tours. So, car, minivan or bus is only for you.
06 How far is from Katowice-Pyrzowice to Krakow?Distance from Katowice airport to Krakow is about 100km (62miles).
07 Does the driver speak English?Yes, he does. All our drivers speak English.
08 Who will be waiting for us at the airport?Our driver will be waiting for You at the airport arrivals holding a card with Your name. You will find him easily.
09 When do we pay?After the tour is over. So, eg. after visiting Auschwitz when you are back in Krakow.
10 Is possible to negotiate the price?Yes, there is such a possibility. All you need to do is just ask.
